Beautiful hotel and area staff very friendly and respectful

Really beautiful location. Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was lovely as was the restaurant however as this was a spa break we were very disappointed to find the facilities shut on both dates, without warning and no compensation.

All staff extremely friendly and helpful. The surrounding gardens and water are breath taking in their autumn colours . Lovely stay .

The hotel grounds were private & picturesque, perfect for a walk before check in time. The room was stunning in decor, very comfortable & contemporary. The 3 course dinner was off a high standard & the buffet breakfast was well laid out & also delicious. We booked a deal that included 50 each person towards dinner. The only blip was the final bill when we checked out in the morning - we were only allocated 45 each by the hotel & after an email to the duty manager stating this mistake, we were promptly given a refund of the difference & a sincere apology. The leisure facilities including a pool, sauna, steamroom & jacuzzi were excellent & the standards were definitely 4 star rated in my opinion. I would stay here again without hesitation & could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
