At Dunkeld House hotel they have a small lip to access the hotel, ground floor rooms and general areas are all wheelchair accessible. They have a lift for the first and second floors, making every floor accessible.
Child Policy
Classic, Superior & Deluxe Double Rooms can accommodate a cot.
Upgraded family rooms and suites are available with a rollaway bed, a supplement applies for these rooms. Please contact us if a family room is required.
Children under age of 4 years old stay in room free of charge and pay for meals as taken. Children between 5 years old and 16 years old are charged at £35.00 per child per night to include breakfast.
Children's swim times are 10am to 12noon and 3pm to 6pm.
The grounds
THE AMERICAN GARDEN
The garden was laid out in the mid 19th Century amid oak and beech trees. Initially a variety of rhododendrons, azaleas and other flowering shrubs were planted. Tall hybrid rhododendrons now dominate. Varieties of conifers were planted most since 1867 and today the large specimens of silver and noble fir and west Himalayan spruce are of national importance.

Once home to the Earls of Atholl and now a 21st century country retreat where you can enjoy nature, wonderful surroundings, fabulous food and drink and hospitality that is second to none.
Details such as the stunning stained glass window bring Dunkeld's rich history to life. The window shows the Atholl Arms and motto, the origins of which go back to 1475.
Dogs Policy
They have 280 acres for your furry four legged friends to enjoy, so they can understand why they would want to join you. They have nine dog friendly rooms out with the main hotel in the General Wades and Fisherman's cottage. Please note that dogs are not allowed inside the main hotel.
