I booked this stay to be relaxing plus romantic for me and my girlfriend. It was both and more. Would like to visit again. This is not just an excellent hotel but a magical place to get married too.

Our room was on the lower ground, very small window but cosy. Spa was a real let down..... Sauna not working, only room for 4 people in the relaxation area and it was full so we couldn't relax. The spa looked much bigger on the pictures. However the Dungeon Restaurant was amazing, the food was top class, the Maitre Dee was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Reception staff were very friendly. It's such a lovely location just a shame about the spa.
