Enjoy your meal in the hotel's ancient barrel-vaulted dungeons. Once a dark and fearsome place, it's now a warm, atmospheric dining room where candlelight flickers across the barrel-vaulted ceilings and shining suits of armour.
The Dungeon Restaurant serves a modern interpretation of classic Scottish dishes cooked and prepared in a classic French style.

Children under the age of 12 are not able to dine in the Dungeon Restaurant.

The Orangery menu offers a modern mix of Scottish and European cuisine with plenty of family favourites to keep everyone happy.
