Please note:

Opening hours are Monday to Friday: 6.00am - 10pm (last entry to facilities at 9.00pm) and weekends: 8am - 9pm (last entry to facilities at 8.00pm)

Children's Hours are:

Term time:
Monday – Thursday: 8am to 11am and 2pm to 6pm. 
Friday – Sunday: 8am to 11am and 2pm to 7pm.

School holidays:
Monday – Sunday: 8am to 11am and 2pm to 7pm. 

Children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all time
Minimum age of 18 to use the gym. Minimum age of 12 to use Spa Pool / Steam Room & Sauna with constant adult supervision. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the Pool

You may opt to have a female or male therapist perform your treatment, however, we are unable to guarantee that your preferred therapist will be available at all times to perform your treatment.
