Brasserie 1 and the adjoining bar have French windows which open out onto a terrace at the front of the hotel with views of the hotel's gardens and the Yorkshire Moors beyond.
Decorated in a pleasing mix of modern and traditional design with the benefit of a light bright environment and on winter evenings an open fire adding to the ambience.
The menu combines simplicity with excellent locally sourced ingredients and offers a relatively narrow selection to ensure a consistently high standard with the choice changing regularly to maximise the use of produce appropriate to each season.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday & Monday
