Our stay at Cotswold House hotel and spa was a surprise for my partner. The customer service was excellent. I emailed the week before to see if it was possible for a room upgrade. We were upgraded to a garden room at no extra cost. Lovely spacious room, very clean, romantically set in the beautiful gardens. Visit to the spa was relaxing. There was a bit of a mix up with our treatments so they included them for free!
