Coronavirus - how you are kept safe at Cotswold House
The Spa is now re-open for treatments with a reduced treatment menu.
Please note that the hydrotherapy pool and steam room are not planned for re-opening yet.
Naturally there have been a few changes to keep everyone safe and reduce Covid risk.
The main changes you will find are:
Wider table spacing in the Bistro, we have closed the Fig restaurant for fine dining, but this space is still available to have the Bistro menu, afternoon tea, and to use as a lounge area.
Extra signage around social distancing, and on tables to show which have been sanitised between use.
Breakfast: Still the same full offering but we request you pre-order the night before, and we bring everything to your table (including the previous buffet options like cereals and fruit salad etc.)
Online check-in and check-out. We will email you before arrival to speed this up, and towards the end of your stay with your final invoice.
Spa: unfortunately it's too small around the pool and steam room to keep this open at the moment (realistically these are unlikely to reopen in 2020). We are still offering selected treatments such as massage, manicures, pedicures etc. Treatments must be pre-booked.
Housekeeping: We won't visit your room daily, but feel free to ask for any top-ups you need. If you are staying longer than a few days, let us know if you would like to come in and complete a full clean and change of bedding.
