Parking Facilities
There is 20 minutes of free stay parkng at the front of the hotel so that you can drop your bags into reception and then head to the hotel car park - please press for ticket at the parking machine.
Then, turn right into the High Street, right at St Catherine's Church into Hoo Lane and take the next right into Back Ends. The hotel car park entrance is 75 metres along on the right. The hotel car park is adjacent to the spa, you can then walk down through the garden to the hotel.
Electric car charging: Theere are three dedicated electric car charging spaces, 2x Tesla charging and 1x universal. EV charging is free of charge to residents.
Disabled Access
The hotel has a Junior Suite and a Suite on the ground floor (please note there are steps everywhere around the hotel premises, ramps can pre provided on request, please check with the hotel directly for full description).
All Classic and Superior rooms are located on the first and second floors. The hotel does not have a lift.
Child Policy
Children are welcome in selected rooms, Z beds can be provided for £40 per child per night including breakfast. Cots are complimentary.
Children under the age of 18 may cannot use the spa.
A children's menu is available.

Dogs Policy
