We returned here great location lovely staff food is excellent amazing chef who creates tasty dishes that everyone enjoys. The staff are always happy to help, at breakfast and dinner totally relaxing stay beds comfortable and our bathroom was huge with lovely Elemis products this is a hotel to return to.

Six of us (sibs & partners) stayed at this wonderful hotel in centre of Cirencester for 4days & had an amazing time. The hotel was prefect, the food excellent and the staff were so helpful

Lovely hotel and friendly reception staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room had broken and the only other room available was a downgrade but the room was just as lovely just had a normal bathroom instead of walk in shower and roll top bath. The reception staff continued to make sure everything was ok throughout our stay and would seek us out to update us. We stayed put in the second room so they gave us hotel credit for the price difference. Our only downside we had was in the restaurant upstairs as the staff were not very attentive. And you had to wait for everything. On the second evening after 1/2 hour waiting for them to take our dessert order we gave up and just paid our bill on the way out. The restaurant only had 4 couples in and 2 members of staff so no excuse. And unfortunately by then all they could say was sorry. As the meal was part of the price we had to go back the following night and obviously we had no issues. I must say though the food was very nice. Breakfast in the main restaurant was very nice and the main waitress was very efficient and friendly.
