I think that the Chateau La Chaire is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms, with their four poster beds, are very well appointed. It was quiet too. The food in the restaurant (well done chef) would not be out of place in a Michelin Star restaurant - delicious. Best of all, however, were the delightful staff in reception and the restaurant. It was my birthday while we were there, and I felt thoroughly pampered. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I went here for a long weekend. It was wonderful. Very relaxing, but if we had brought our family, they would have been board as not a lot to do in the evenings. This is aimed at couples not family orientated, however, was a fantastic break, gorgeous hotel so we will be back.

We had another wonderful stay in this beautiful Hotel where nothing is is too much trouble as the staff are so very friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious and superbly prepared and served - A la Carte menu was a joy and breakfasts memorable.
