To help you find us, we are located on the B4035 between Chipping Campden and Shipston on Stour. Your navigation system may try to divert you from this road onto narrow country lanes and we can't be reached from the narrow lanes so do stay on the B4035.
A 10% service charge is added to your account for dinner, lounge food, snacks and drinks. This is shared and paid in full to our teams. If you do not wish this to be added please just let us know by speaking with a member of the team or reception when you settle your account and this will be removed without question.
History of the hotel
Charingworth Manor is an ancient estate, mentioned in Domesday Book. The main house of today is a Jacobean mansion with tall chimneys and mullion windows.
The writer T.S.Eliot was a frequent visitor when it belonged to the Cresswell family. It was here, in the 1930s, that he wrote Burnt Norton.
Dogs Policy
Dogs are accepted in the Courtyard Rooms with Terrace which have their own terrace with a maximum of 2 dogs per room. The cost is £30 per dog per night. Dogs are welcome in the lounge but not the restaurant.
