"Booking via off peak luxury"

We have booked twice with yourselves and once directly with the hotel and our stays have been markedly different. Booking direct we were given a nice room with a view of the park (front of building). Booking with yourselves we were placed BOTH times at the back and with less luxurious rooms and no view. We claimed our free drink and meal and felt we had to ask for them and push to use them. The free food voucher also incurred a service charge of 10% so there was no way we were not paying something.

The room was nice but very warm. To say that is was a Deluxe room, it was no larger than a standard room but the decor was good and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and crisp white bedding.. Needs a foldable stand for a case and the motion sensitive light in the bathroom needs adjustment, it goes on and off too regularly. Having said that we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Stayed here a few times and it gets better every time, lovely refurbishment to the hotel restaurant and bar and the rooms are lovely
