All additional SenSpa facilities are chargeable.

Formed from an ethos of relaxation. SenSpa is a place of calm where water therapy, sensory experience and Thai tradition combine to renew and refresh the mind and body with incredible facilities and spa treatments alike. 

Surrender to the therapeutic nature of water within SenSpa's hydrotherapy facilities. A wholly sensory experience embracing hot and cold for deep relaxation and healing.

In 2004, their Health Club underwent a £6 million overhaul and was transformed into a 22,000 square foot state-of-the-art Thai spa with some of the most extensive facilities in the UK.

Extensive research was undertaken, visiting spas across Europe and Asia to bring together the best of eastern and western wellness philosophies.

SenSpa facilities include:

SenSpa is open everyday from 7am to 8pm.

All spa treatments must be booked in advance.

All Health Club and spa facilities are for use by those aged 16 years and over. This includes the swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool and all wet areas as well as the gym and relaxation rooms. 

Please note that use of the SenSpa facilities is chargeable for guests unless otherwise stated. SenSpa use must be booked prior to arrival.
