Situated on the lower ground floor of the hotel, the Bay Tree Bar & Grill is a popular venue for both locals and hotel residents, with modern and stylish yet comfortable surroundings. It offers premium drinks from local distilleries and vineyards and unique signature cocktails, complimented by a food offering that focuses on produce from Kent, also known as 'The Garden of England', and its surrounding areas.
The Bay Tree Grill serves food between 7am to 10am for breakfast and 6pm to 9.30pm for dinner.
From March to October, the full menu is also available Friday to Sunday from noon to 9.30pm in the Bay Tree Bar. Between November and February, dinner may be served solely in the Bay Tree Bar.
Situated on the ground floor opposite the reception lobby, the Martello Bar is open throughout the day, serving drinks to hotel residents at any time.
The lounges provide comfy and quiet seating in areas with high ceilings and plenty of daylight making them ideal for meetings over coffee during the day or a relaxing drink in the evening.
Afternoon teas can be enjoyed either in the stylish, modern surroundings of the Bay Tree Bar, the comfortable and luxurious lounges of the Burlington Hotel's Martello Bar or weather permitting, the patio or garden terrace.
