Nestled in the heart of the enchanting New Forest and set within an eight-hundred-year-old estate,Burley Manor is surrounded by rolling countryside and Burley Park – a red deer sanctuary. It's also just a few minutes' walk from the picture-perfect village of Burley. This idyllic location offers a picturesque setting, with the lush sprawling landscapes of the forest perfect for adventurous walks, and the quaint villages of Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst to explore.
The old Manor House combines charm with a contemporary eclectic twist. Built in 1852 by Colonel William Clement Drake Esdaile, it's an architecturally stunning baronial-style manor house thoughtfully restored. Each of the beautifully appointed boutique-style bedrooms is spacious, some with balconies and direct access onto the gorgeous gardens with the Deer Park beyond. The blend of rich fabrics and warm colours in the rooms creates a welcoming atmosphere.
The on-site restaurant offers Mediterranean influences and features seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. The bar offers a cosy spot to relax with a drink in hand, overlooking the manor's verdant gardens. There's complimentary on-site car parking at Burley Manor for all guests, and additional parking at the rear of the hotel should the front car park appear full.

Is Burley Manor Country Hotel accessible for disabled guests?
There are two accessible Garden Suites, located on the ground-floor with accessible bathrooms including an adapted shower cubicle and handrails around the toilet and sink. These rooms can be accessed from the rear of the Manor.
Please note that the Manor is Grade-II listed and the main entrance is via a step leading to the front door. Upon request, a ramp can be provided for wheelchair access.
The main house is located over two floors and there is no lift at Burley Manor Country Spa.

Children are welcome to stay at Burley Manor Country Spa Hotel.
Infants 0 – 2 there is a charge of £10 per night, Children 3 – 17 £25 per night. Should you require a room with additional beds for children, please contact our team prior to booking.
One additional bed or cot can be accommodated in Deluxe rooms, Suites can accommodate up to two additional beds or cots.
Does Burley Manor Country Hotel allow dogs?
Burley Manor Country Spa is dog-friendly!
Dogs are welcome in Classic and Deluxe rooms, as well as the Garden and Burley Suites.
For just £15 they will receive their own dog mat and welcome bag of delicious healthy treats, with special bowls to eat and drink from. There are even towels for muddy paws fresh back from walkies.
Dogs are not allowed in our restaurants or leisure areas.
Maximum of two dogs per room and these must be over one-year-old. Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture.
