This was a four day stay at what was the end of a holiday in the UK.
The staff were friendly and some were very helpful.
The room was clean; well appointed with the ability to make a drink of tea etc and a fridge to keep water and medication.
The food was well cooked and presented in both restaurants with each menu remaining the same each day becoming boring . This could be improved by daily specials to add some variety
The sink in my room had no plug so washing and shaving were performed under a running tap. I asked five times for a plug but one never appeared.
The whole experience left a lot to be desired
