Recently renovated, these rooms offer the highest level of comfort. Each room has its own individual style ranging from traditional to modern. Most rooms offer a view of the river or a view of the garden.
Four of the seven rooms feature a jacuzzi or roll top bath, and a separate walk-in shower.
In-room facilities include a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. Complimentary homemade shortbread, Scottish tablet, Scottish mineral water, and a fruit basket are also included

Originally converted from a barn, Riverside Cottage offers all the space and comfort you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Blackaddie. It boasts a large lounge with a spectacular view over the river from the french doors. These lead to a patio overlooking the beautiful waters of the river Nith and the idyllic countryside beyond. The Patio gets lots of afternoon and evening sunlight and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine!
The accommodation is very well maintained with a well equipped galley kitchen, a living room with new sofa and armchair and a large double bedroom, complete with a Super King bed, which can be twinned if preferred.
The spacious bathroom has bath with a shower above.

Fishing Cottage

Fishing Cottage is the middle of the three cottages. Like the others, it enjoys beautiful views of the river and the surround countryside. It is situated only 100 meters from John Kerr Pool, a salmon pool just up river.
The cottage is spacious with a large and comfortable sitting/dining room and a well equipped fitted kitchen. At the front of the cottage there is a garden area with seating overlooking the beautiful river Nith and the idyllic countryside beyond.
Furnished to a high standard with large comfortable sofa and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge etc. and breakfast bar. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer and a chest freezer for you to store your catch!
The two bedrooms are very large and are set either as a double and a twin, two twins or even two doubles. The beds being zip and link form into a super king size or into comfortable singles. Extra beds and cot are available.
