Great place to stay.Rooms great and staff friendly

Stayed 2 nights with my son and grandson. It was brilliant. Right next to the Pleasure Beach. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. The restaurant was also top notch and all the staff we encountered we helpful and.friendly. we will definately revisit The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool.

We enjoyed our stay and received the deluxe double room and bottle of wine as per the offer. We had to show our email at reception to confirm our 10 per night car parking charge as without this we would have been charged 18 per night. Our offer included dinner on the first night. The one problem we came across was in the restaurant, we were given the menu that was included with the deal ( value 28.95) or we could order from the main menu and be credited 22 per person. One of us had the inclusive menu and one choose from the main menu, when the bill arrived we were charged full price for both meals!! We had to get them to alter it. The staff don t seem aware of the offer and each waiter/ waitress tell you different. This did ruin our evening as we kept having to explain the offer to different members of staff. Other than that it was a nice stay.
