Family of nine including one 10 month old, 3, 4 and 9 year old. We had deluxe double and family rooms all on the same floor, overlooking the pleasure beach. Our grandchildren absolutely loved looking onto the rides from the rooms and the bunk beds in their own little space were great! The rooms are a little dated however, they are spacious, clean, tea, coffee, biscuits and water in the rooms. The Restaurant Manger, Damian and all the staff really made our evenings perfect, they could not have been more accommodating! They were attentive the the kids meals, served hot and without too much of a wait. The food selection both at the bar and in the restaurant is excellent, good choice and quality cooked food. An excellent buffet breakfast, a couple of suggestions here would be to offer real fresh orange juice as it was a bit watery and pancakes for the kids as they absolutely love a chocolate pancake breakfast at a hotel! Having said that, they did not go hungry as there was a good selection of cereals, toast and jam that they enjoyed. Good added bonus of this hotel is the VIP park entrance at the back of the hotel and the train ride back at the end of a long, fun filled day at the pleasure beach.

Me and my husband have just come back from another fabulous week at The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool. We booked through Off Peak Luxury who do the most amazing deals. It was quick and easy to book through Off Peak Luxury and I received email confirmation of my booking quickly which put my mind at rest tystvit was all booked and confirmed. Hotel is lovely from the warm welcome at reception to the superb bedrooms and dinner and breakfast are superb. We can t wait to return.
