Guests must pre-book spa access before arrival and numbers may be limited at peak times. 

Please note that access to the Garden Spa is charged at £25 per person per day for 2 hours  This charge also applies to those booking treatments and is charged in addition to the treatment cost (you do not need to purchase access to the Garden Spa to receive your treatment). Access to the spa must be prebooked directly with the hotel prior to arrival as spaces are limited.

Suitable footwear must be worn in the wet spa area and when using the restaurant or lounges in the hotel, please bring appropriate footwear with you, flip flops are available to purchase for a nominal fee in the spa.

Just like you, the spa treatment menu is unique, with most treatments being suitable for both men and women. Carefully selected products include Elemis, OPI, Lava Shells, Lash Perfect and Perron Rigot wax.

In addition to the extensive choice of treatments, the Aqua Thermal journey, comprises of several different heat experiences and a hydrotherapy pool with massage loungers, a bench, volcano pads and shoulder cannons. Enjoy an unforgettable sensory journey - possibly the most relaxing few hours you could ever spend.
