Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Surrey village of Ripley and conveniently located just 30 minutes from Central London, The Talbot was once a frequent hitching post for Lord Nelson, and is even said to be the site on which his love affair with Lady Hamilton blossomed. Nowadays The Talbot is known as one of the foremost inns in the region with a cosy bar and outstanding restaurant.

Afternoon tea is served in the restaurant which features a stunning copper ceiling and glass wall overlooking the Champagne terrace and garden.
