The Dining Room offers exceptional modern fine dining in a laid back & stylish atmosphere. The atmospheric Georgian room has tables for two tucked away in inviting corners, & large tables for jolly parties.Our head chef Andy Beaumont creates our changing menus for both the Dining Room for fine dining, & the library bar for a relaxed brunch, lunch or supper. Andy's menus draw on the abundance of local produce available in our area, along with sourcing the finest produce from the UK & abroad. Some of our key producers are Caws Cenarth & Pant Mawr cheeses, Dewi James Butchers, local coracle fisherman & First Leaf edible flowers.Serving lunch & dinner every day, open to residents & non-residents.
